why not go for it? seriously after the gym you should have a nice big bottle of water and get some complex carbs and protein into you :) a banana smoothie is PERFECT or maybe some eggs on whole grain? dried fruit with nuts in yoghurt? the most important thing you have to maintain if you want to lose weight is healthy food choices. and if your worried about eating after 8 pm dont be… thats such a stupid thing people say not to eat after a certain time of night, as long as its healthy :) and anyway, your metabolism is going to be elevated for the next 24-36 hours after a solid workout so its okay to eat more than usual, your body needs it. good luck beautiful you can do it x
